What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to a gear vendor (Valor/Justice or other)
2.Open the vendor window
3.Lag issue should cause the window to take 5 - 10mins to open

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is for the window to open with no lag or loading. What I see instead is a full game pause while the window is loading every piece of gear.

What version of the product are you using?
1.6.7

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error log pops up cause there is no crash.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have turned off all 27 of my addons, then turned them on and off, 1 by 1, repeating the above steps for every one of them. Rating Buster was the only addon causing the issue.
