Items with Mastery does not show a percentage-sign after the converted value. #230

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    Looking at items with mastery rating. Its the same on my warrior, hunter and mage.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Mastery rating conversions including the percentage.

    What version of the product are you using?
    R367

    Should be fixed in R379.
