    What version of the product are you using?
    r388

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Compare Item with >1.00 and <1.000 HP

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Expected: 900 HP < 1.200 HP
    Instead: 900 HP > 1.200 HP

    In addition:
    Strength needs a Parry Conversation
    Mastery needs a Block% and CritBlock% Conversation for Warriors and Paladin

    Yes, I wanted to report the same error. German translation (and probably others, too) uses the '.' as readability-separator. So 1000 is written as 1.000

    Values over thousand should now work in all localizations. At least if the LOCALE_STHOUSAND value is correctly set in the LibStatLogic localization file.
