Inappropriate modification of Jeeves tooltip #292

    When RatingBuster is active, the Jeeves tooltip has an inline stat modification inserted, which makes no sense. The text of the tooltip says

    Jeeves can grant bank access to very skilled engineers (+0.08%) and perform mundane tasks ...

    The (+0.08%) is obviously nonsensical.

    I can't reproduce the problem on a german WoW client. Are you using the latest Alpha version (r396)?
