RecountThreat:
- Changed no-target total threat to 0, which should hide the total bar if no aggro holder is present.
- Title will now only show "Threat" and no longer "Threat on GLOBAL" if there is no aggro target.

RecountThreat:
- Now adds its own config options to Recount's blizz UI options.
