What steps will reproduce the problem?
Lvl 90 night elf hunter

Using the following settings:
Raids (+3)
Spirit=0, Dodge=0, Parry=0, Hit=200, Crit=150, Haste=100, Expertise=200, Mastery=150
Hit
- At least Melee hit cap (2550)
Expertise
- At least expertise soft cap (2550)
Speed (left of the "S" in Speed.)

I have the following items equipped:
Osul Peak Helm - item=83650, 515 haste, 456 mastery
Amulet of Swirling Mists - item=89527, 296 haste, 296 mastery
Wind-Reaver Spaulder - item=83998, 337 hit, 429 crit
Mantid Exterminator's Cloak - item=87355, 250 crit, 282, mastery
Osul Peak Armor - item=83668, 421 crit, 536 expertise
Groundshaker Bracers - item=81252, 254 hit, 381 haste
Wind-Reaver Handwraps - item=88125, 298 hit, 380 haste
Wind-Reaver Waistguard - item=84034, 406 crit, 375 haste
Leggings of Twisted Vines - item=89663, 453 hit, 577 mastery
Bone Golem Boots - item=82828, 418 haste, 383 mastery

No enchants or gems

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After a few seconds, I should see the calculated reforges.  However, the game just freezes and I have to force close it after several minutes.

What version of the product are you using?
v1.12

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error is generated.

Additional comments:
As a workaround, I increased the speed and it doesn't freeze anymore; the results are just somewhat random and I'm not sure it is optimizing the stats as well.

I used the same settings at 85 and did not have this problem then.
