What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install v1.20
2. log in (with every other addon disabled)
3. Click on the reforging NPC.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the window to pop up when I talk to the NPC, but it does not.

What version of the product are you using?
v1.20

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error log, it just doesn't open.

Please provide any additional information below.
The slash command works fine, so the mod is usable, but it's just odd that it doesn't open automatically anymore.
