What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install v1.23
2.Attempt to reforge on a warlock

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to reach the hit cap through regular means, not through reforging into expertise.

Nope.

Expertise was set at 0 under Advanced.

I'm aware that hit can also come from expertise but that isn't optimal if it can be reached through normal means like reforging out of crit - WoWReforge's suggestions put me at hit cap and haste capped with no need for expertise at all. A toggle for hit from expertise, if it's needed at all, would be fantastic.

expertise for caster = spell hit. Its not bug. Its feature

Some of us can reach the hit cap without reforging for expertise or sacrificing mastery/haste to do so. It's a bug if it's forced upon folks with no way to opt to use previous methods that worked just fine.

I also mention that I'm aware that hit = expertise for casters now, so replying to every ticket about this with your same comment does no-one any good and only makes people think that their tickets have actually been responded to with valuable information,
