Added support for duplicate items.  This should fix the bug where all items with the same name were being reforged to the reforge wanted for the second item.

Fixed wowreforge parser to work with random enchant items.  (items were returned by the parser without suffix information.)  Fixed shadowcraft parser where some reforging information was ignored due to specific wording changes. ("Reforged" vs "Reforging" & "Removed" vs "Removing")
