- added shift-leftbutton as another way to toggle guild repairs. i have middle mouse set to move a window between monitors which triggers at the top of the screen when running fullscreen windowed

- fixed the case of users having unlimited guild bank withdrawal amounts (GetGuildBankWithdrawMoney() returning -1)
