    - In AddRecipe() - allow for sub-menus for Enchanting recipes if the current item's subtype is "Enchanting" (allows multiple Prismatic Sphere, Small Prismatic Shard, etc.)
    - In AddRecipe() - Do not display a number in parenthesis if num_available is not greater than 1.
    - In IterEnchant() - if the current item's subtype is "Enchanting", pass it off to IterTrade(); this allows us to directly use enchanting mats.
    - Simplified vellum checks, and added a check for the Enchanting item subtype.
    - Added a few more items to the non-disenchantable list.
