random pre-mop changes
1) new sounds (6 and b)
2) reorganize the options panel
3) add shadowstep suggestion control
4) add rupture suggestion for subtlety
5) add tracking of Fury of the Destroyer to not trigger rupture/envenom clipping prevention

7) clip recuperate as subtlety
