Complete rewrite for WoW v3.3 support. Likely many bugs need finding and squashing.

Added: New Context Menu for the Data Broker object. Allows you to quickly set every option that's in the options window.

Fixed: The function to pick your Equipment Sets is no longer dynamically created for each choice. Now it is one static function.

Fixed: RSwapper3 will no longer falsely assume the current weapons are correct after toggling Enable, or after switching Equipment Sets.
