Mange:
    - Updated TOC
    - All sounds are now played using the Master channel since 4.0.6. All sounds are back to normal with normal sound levels and sound effects can be turned off in game again and still hear sounds from RW.
    
    - Added options to messages and warnings to choose a different sound channel for anyone that would want to.
    
    - Added an "Enable"  checkbox to the multi purpose bars plugin.
