Fixed the Ignored Items list view.
Added option to add an item to the ignored items list.
Removed the current raid overview listing from the first tab of the configuration page.

Fixed issue that would cause the client to go into view only mode on startup every time.
Changed the way individual items are handled for syncing. It now sends the whole record for the player to prevent any overlap.
