    - - Added Raid and Party member support for the Cooldown module Still needs to be able to determine if a talent CD or a glyph is enabled to modify it is on.
    - Removed the DBList.lua since the debuff tables will be stored within each class module to simply and make it easier to find spell.
    
    - Added main spell cost marks to the power bar module.
    
    - Added announce for the CD's in raid or party chat.
    
    - workaround for certain CD's that have a cast time but the only event that fires is SPELL_START_CAST.
