    - - Added a check to make sure if a cooldown resets other cooldowns the timer bars on those cd's are stopped.
    - Fixed the change of power type function to change the type when shapeshifting.
    
    - Added a personal or raid setting to determine what kind of cooldowns will be shown.
    - - Class CD/debuff files were a fail...reverted back to long tables
    - Cooldowns now work with raid and announce when they are used.
    
    - Power bar now supports prediction of incoming power...primarily for hunters.  Power bar will activate when either a rogue, hunter, or feral/guardian druid is detected. Will add warrior and death knight soon.
    
    - Started new table of class specific spells that will be used for the power bar indicator ticks for main spells of power bar users.
    
    - Added check for Steady Shot damage to refresh Serpent Sting dot in marksman.
