    - - Reworked the timer bar code and now using LibCandyBar
    - Dumped most of the frame specific code into the Frames.lua Now supports lock/unlock/and reset anchors.
    
    - Threat is still experimental.
    - - First attempt at fixing the disappearing icon in the timer bar when they get rearranged.
    - Added the ability to move the cd/debuff/threat windows and have the position saved between sessions.
    
    - Reworked the logic of the threat warning so that it warns you of threat even if you dont have a threat dump ability.
    
    - Added a setting for the threat spells called order so the engine will determine in which order to recommend using them...tricks should always be used before vanish.
    - - Somehow the registerevent was deleted from the bar module
