calahil:
    - - Wow the bars were broke as hell. Should be fixed now.
    - Removed the fancybar library.
    
    - Changed the duration of the CD's from hardcoded into the CDList to being pulled from GetSpellCooldown API.
    
    - Added a check to figure out how UNIT_TARGETABLE_CHANGED works. If the debug message appears please send me the output.
