calahil:
    - - Reverted back to db CD times because i was stupid and forgot GetSpellCooldown only works on your spells.
    - Switch from UNIT_DIED to SPELL_AURA_REMOVED to kill a debuff timer when the mob dies.
    
    - Changed the cooldown config screen to break up the list based on classes...that was a long list and confusing before.
    
    - Made a create frame function to simplify and cut down on the code for the monitor frame creation.
    
    - Tweaked the unlock/lock frame code.
    
    - Added the dispel module to inform you if the target has a buff you can dispel/steal.
