- Fix a problem with totem ids not being found
- Add totem cooldown by default; will only show for shamans
- Add totems module, add option to delete a bar
- Fix target switching for auras module
- Heavy overhaul of multiple systems; bars are now multi-capable, driven by modules that determine what goes on them. You can now spawn and configure multiple bars independently.
