Background textures not changing appearance of bar #109

    Choosing a background texture does not change the appearance of the bar, nor does changing the border.  Changing the colors does have an impact though, sometimes. (Sometimes the border color has no impact.)

    Addendum:  On a WoW reload, the border color does work.  Texture still has no impact though.
