extra bar for non-ending auras/buffs/etc #45

    as we talked about in irc, it'd be neat to have one bar that has no timers on it that is designed to just hold the auras that don't terminate, so you can still dispell them (possibly include current  "Find" as an item like elkbuffbars does, though thats just an "extra"). mounts, auras, etc.
