What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use Shield slam (prot talents) or Colossus smash (arms talents)
2.Wait for Shield and board or Sudden death (cooldown reset procs)
3.Or any other ability which cooldown can be reset.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect ability to disappear from the bar, because it is no longer on cooldown. Instead, ability continues moving along the sexy bar, while on action bar it is ready to use.
