Sexy Reputation
Addon Support Statement
NEWS: I'm back in WoW. I'll try to update addons after catching up, especially if they are bugging out.
Addon Description
Sexy Reputation is an LDB reputation display. In addition to an interactive tooltip, Sexy Reputation will also keep track of daily reputation changes as well as session changes. This is meant to be a worthy successor to FuBar_FactionFu, and much more.
Features:
- Displays all factions in a tree, with the option to fold/unfold each tree.
- Ability to track progress of a faction in the LDB text display.
- Doesn't use Blizzard functionality to hide, show or track reputation (which means no other addons will mess with the display).
- Shows hidden reputation for certain faction groups, such as Horde and Shattrah city.
- Tracks historical faction gains, displaying session, today, yesterday, week and month in a tooltip as you hover over the faction.
- Option to only show factions that has shown a gain or a loss today
- Customizable colors for the reputation standing levels.
- Option to show standing and reputation either as a bar or as text
- Ability to toggle rep gains, reputation level, standing and reputation percentage on and off.
- NEW Support for MoP friendship faction.
Planned Features
- Option to have alternating colors in the faction tooltip, so you can more easily follow the lines.
- Graphing options to visualize rep changes in the past 30 days, or more.
- Customizable font.
- Customizable reputation bar texture.
- Whatever else I can think of.
Hmmm... there is a 1.0.29 here which doesn't work. And then there is 1.0.29 with a 7 month old timestamp on Wowinterface.com.
What version is the actual bugfixed working version?
EDIT: The version from Wowinterface is not 100% fixed. The 100s of "Other" entries are gone, making the addon useable, but I still got some chars where I can see 2 "Other" entries.
I've tried both of the 1.0.29 versions and they're both equally broken.
Many lines of others, and a freeze when I try clicking anything
It has thankfully been updated on WoW Interface, as a 'continued' version of this addon:

Doesn't work at all.
I made an update on wowinterface, see if it works for you
Thank you for the update.. Can you post over here on curse??
The better fix:
any news of an update? 4.3 seems to make sexyrep go crazy
I'm no longer playing WoW so I'm not going to be able to fix any issues with the addon unfortunately. When I last tried it, it did load and appeared to work fine but I know there's some issue where it goes insane. Never was able to reproduce it.
why not get a free starter pack.. as lease you can test it in in game.. plz don't let this mod die!
yea, it loads... and works... but it lists like 50 dropdowns called other, with no faction in then, and causes extreme lag, even with the latest update.
This is the issue others have seen before, but I've been unable to reproduce. Since I never could repro it, I couldn't fix it unfortunately.
I encountered the same issue that ocping reported and checking the examples on wowwiki it seems that this solves it. In my limited testing it works fine.
Am i missing something of instructions?
Experiencing a weird bug:
I tried this out last night for the first time. In general I like it but I have a few comments to make.
a. Changing the colors of the different rep levels is a little buggy. First I changed Exalted to a purple for example. Then, when I went to change Revered to a Blue color, the Exalted purple went back to the default green. So I would go back and redo Exalted to purple again and then it was fine. Rinse repeat every time I changed a different rep level.
b. Although I did not copy/paste the lua error I got them often when trying to change the colors.
c. I put the LDB button at the top center of my screen. If I clicked on a rep to "watch" the entire tooltip shifted to the left, when I unchecked the rep to no longer watch it, it shifted back to center of screen again.
d. In the screenshot linked below at Flickr.com there seems to be a goof with the rep gain for Cenarion Expedition. I did three dungeon runs for all the rep gain you see in the screenshot. All were done after the addon was installed (obviously) and all in one session with no logouts. As you can see the Session gain and Today's gain did not match up. The should be equal but are 660 rep difference.

e. Lastly and what I find the most annoying is the your addon expands/unfolds the default reputation window. Since I am working on Outland rep right now I have everything collapsed/folded except for Outlands. I have Outlands expanded. But your addon keeps unfolding all the different reps in the default window. I know you can say that with your addon installed we shouldn;t need to look at the default rep window, I get that, it's just a habit that I keep looking at it once in a while and I would like your addon to not interfere with the default window other than to change the colors of the bars.
Question: what exactly is "watch faction" when you click on a faction and you see the icon to the left? I didn't pay close attention to it. I assume one or two things, maybe both -> It places that faction in the LDB button? Maybe also switches the rep bar when you enter a zone or dungeon that has that rep?
Thanks for your time.
Inspite of the lua errors I got when picking bar colors, I intend to keep using this addon because I always wanted to know all the rep I gained each day for each faction I worked on.
Thanks for making this addon.
Love being able to track how much rep i get per dungeon run. Great addon. I just have one issue. When I log in, my guild rep earned for the day/session/month whatever is a negative number. Any idea why this would be?
