    * Fixed a typo causing a new table to be created everytime UncompressLayout and CompressLayout were called
    * Fixed an error when targeting vehicles in Wintergrasp

    * Incoming health is now dark green, not dark blue
    * Party targets now have an [afk( )] tag
    * Target text now has an [afk( )] tag, and instead of showing the targets race it'll show a percentage of their power
    * Enable cast bars is now under the general bars group when advanced options are off, there own when they are on
    * Random code cleanup
