Tagging as release 1.2

Shadowed:
    - Fixed indicators changing everytime an option was cahnged when using mover frames
    - Moved aura examples to the auras file rather than the movers
    - Removed hiding of the target of target frame in 3.3 as it's now created on demand
    - Moved show party in raid to the raid configuration, show player in party is still in the party configuration
    - Moved show party in raid variable to the raids table rather than party
    - Localization update
    - Redid logic for hiding pets based on vehicle status, will hopefully fix pets randomly not showing
