    - Bumping to v3.10
    - Config UI now opens in <500ms instead of >5s

    - Fixed visual issues with rune/totem/etc bars when you have another bar dynamically showing and hiding - Fixed totem bars not instantly hiding when a class only has 1 totem and it hits 0 seconds - Fully disable deletion of default text tags - Added timers for totems/runes
