Allow sorting DK Runes like an energy bar #1194

    Some addons (e.g https://wow.curseforge.com/projects/onerunebar) allow treating runes like a single energy bar, sorting the most full runes to the left and the emptiest runes to the right. The visual effect is quite nice and helpful.

     

    I found no such functionality in SUF and I think providing this option would be a nice addition.

    I have made an initial tentative implementation. It most likely needs some options to toggle the beaviour and review since I'm quite inexperienced with lua programming and the WoW addons framework.
