Rested icon not appearing in capitol cities #1523

    The Player frame is no longer showing the Rested icon (zzz) when in capitol cities. It will appear in an inn inside of other areas, but not anywhere within Stormwind (and I assume other cities).

    I'm just standing in Boralus and it shows fine. I fly out, it goes away, i fly back in and it comes back as expected.

     

    Just to confirm, also took the portal to stormwind, still shows. Flying out to Elwynn, its gone, flying back into Stormwind and its back.
