I can see combo points on the player when not rogue/druid #1580

    I want to not see the combo points as bar when not playing a rogue or a druid, the same way how I cannot see the runes when not playing DK, or holy power when I'm not a pally. Currently the only way to do this is using a separate profile only for the rogue class.
