When targetting a player, instead the name and stats of the last NPC to be targetted show instead, but with the targetted player's class and buffs.
If no NPC has been targetted in the session, "Unknown" is displayed instead. Two examples shown below
 

I am having same issue too. I'll note that the health bar does update correctly, but the target Cast Bar is NOT showing up which is really annoying. Hope this can be figured out before release... If this isn't affecting everyone with SUF, might try seeing if there's a different addon that's creating interference
