I didn't change anything about the settings. 

Prior to the issue the following happened: I had just ended a pet battle, I was in windwalker spec, loaded in the dungeon as mistweaver, hit a mob and then did a /reload which lasted a long time. 

Since then this issue persists through logout.

Respeccing from mistweaver to windwalker and back in the dungeon, then out the dungeon seems to have resolved it.

However it comes back when you que as Mistweaver while in Windwalker spec
