    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    don't really have any steps, sometimes the portrait just fills in with a blank square.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Actual portrait to stay displaying

    What version of the product are you using?
    happened with every version (release and alpha) since 7.0 hit live. didn't really have this problem with a check out or beta. checkout is probably several weeks old and never bothered updating it.

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no errors are thrown

    Please provide any additional information below.
    the portait self corrects if you click on it generally and player is in range.

    Are you using a 2D or 3D portrait?
