Shadowed:
    - Bump TOC down to 40300 since there weren't any incompatible changes in MoP to this
    - Bump DB version
    - Shift aura keys to strings
    - Fixed spellID related errors
    - Revert the parent change as it's annoying, just group the new auras by zone name Fixed errors if a spellID no longer exists
    - Spell upgrades and partial work on parent, probably breaks things but committing before doing an OS upgrade
    - Oops, forgot to commit these changes
    - Added the ability to add auras by spellID - Added Power Word: Fortitude back - Thanks chrohe for the fixes
    - Removed non-existent spells TOC Bump to 50001
    - Switched localization to use the WoWAce system
    - Added helper scripts
