updates for 3.3.3

OrionShock:
    - update wrath with raid & icc quests
    - add new quests (old quests from when they added the raid stuff)  to name scanner
    - remove battleground quests, as they removed them in 3.3.3
    - update scrub functions to account for new return values
    - remove some unused functions
    - trim name on quest name scanner too
    - trim the title text of extra spaces
    - remove commented code for NPC checking
    - local another function too
    - Local L for localizations not global
