Apollo Shockman:
    - fix qTable() to not accomidate the RRQ as special. RRQ only glitches in repo checkout versions.
    - misc debug for event system not working due to bad hooks

    - fix title trimming in core... fixes problem with JC daily and any other time blizzard wants to add a space at the end of a quest title
