Make it official release, prolly some locale updates

    - fix qTable() to not accomidate the RRQ as special. RRQ only glitches in repo checkout versions.
    - misc debug for event system not working due to bad hooks
    - add debug for ticket 76
    - comment out some more un used stuff
    - add gossip for "Defending Wyrmrest Temple"

    - only git versions have problems with qTable() function, but others don't. use simple true false check.
    - fix rrq module to also account for space at end or beggining of title text
    - fix title trimming in core... fixes problem with JC daily and any other time blizzard wants to add a space at the end of a quest title
