Fix up SkadaHealing's attribute initializers (ticket 256)

Rewrite the AddSetAttributes and AddPlayerAttributes functions to ensure

Account for sets created before r373 (ticket 256)

When adding healingabsorbed to the set total, handle the case where the
set doesn't have that field (because it was created before updating
Skada).
