What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Right now Skada shows only character names, its been long time since Blizz changed the name format to add realm names as well. Can you please add the full name of the character includes realm name at the end after "-" like it is pretty much standard now?

Please provide any additional information below.

Also, it can be made optional in the config window, if anyone wants to use that format they can simply chose it or not.
