'Announce CC breaking to party' not working #565

    CC breaks aren't being announced to instance or party groups. I've tried disabling all my other addons and just using Skada, still nothing. I'm not getting an error either. I've verified that 'Announce CC breaking to party' is enabled and I don't have any modules disabled.
