Skillet:
- Make # items text highlight when it resets back to 1 (i.e. when you click create). Easier to e.g. create batches of 5 without having to select/delete the "1".

Skillet:
- Be prepared for LibPT returning incomplete tradeskill level data. I found such entries myself. The aborted processing caused all sorts of fun in the skillet UI.
