    Testing AceComm, LibDataBroker, LFG
    Added LibDataBroker and some quick testing
    of sending LFG messages over AceComm.  Also
    added a few simple slash commands for enabling
    and displaying the tests.  Now that everything
    is working correctly, I'll start putting the GUI
    and actual sending of LFMs together.
