What is the issue?

The default settings are used as a demonstration of the features, which makes it too spammy.  The default settings should be useful defaults, that are not too spammy, with some other mechanism available as a demonstration through self-only chat.

Please provide any additional information below.

This is going to rely on the [Click Here] technology (see ticket 103).  Every class needs to be revisited, with cooldowns and frequencies set up, and better spell choices if possible.  Mature settings are available for mage and DK since I play them, but I'm still working on my SS settings for paladin, and don't have any other level 80s, so submitted saved variables files from experienced SS users of other classes would be very appreciated to help with this issue.
