SpellReminder:
- fix FrameXML.log error showing WoW erroneously complaining that it "Couldn't open Interface\AddOns\SpellReminder\". Done by removing an unexpected white space in the TOC that's been there since the mod began years ago. Blizzard loader=eternally dumb.
- recode embeds.xml to a type every other mod uses
- shift some stuff around; proper lib load order, etc.

SpellReminder:
- Yee olde hideCaster fix for WoW 4.1 (tested, works), TOC updates. Really need to find a modern Ace3 (or other) mod like this that is as efficient with CPU time and works similarly. Have tested all of them and no luck yet
