- Changed "temporarily turn off" key to Shift, as Alt is the Equipment Manager gear selector. And of course Shift is the "show me the item i'm currently wearing" shortcut, so that doesn't work so well either. But oh well.

- Updated paladin shield block for the 4.2 nerf
- Changed relative stat value tooltip to show per 1 stamina, rather than 1.5
- Comparison tooltip no longer assumes 1 agi gives 2 armor (agility no longer gives any armor)
- Changed RSV tooltip to show per 1 armor, rather than per 10 armor
- Updated to Whitefang's latest LibStatLogic (Revision 65)
- Newer LibStatLogic removes dodge from agility (agility no longer gives dodge)
