- Updated TankPoints version to 5.0.4
- Bumped TOC interface version to 50001
- Paladin "Holy Shield" removed from game; removed check for talent and calculations
- Warrior "Shield Mastery" removed from game; removed check for talent
- Removed check for warrior "Critical Block", which was removed in Cataclysm
- Removed use of resilience, since it no longer helps tanks starting with Cataclysm
- Removed check for Paladin Ardent Defender talent; it's now automatic with Protection. Instead check for spell 31850
- Removed resilience from calculator calculations
- LibStatLogic: API GetPrimaryTalentTree() removed in 5.0.1; using GetSpecialization()
- LibStatLogic: Any players over level 85 will, for now, used level 85 combat rating conversion values
