Addon TOC out of date, not packaged with latest LibStat lib #7

    Hi Whitetooth, on wow.curse.com there is no current compatible TankPoints addon with updated TOC which includes your latest rev on the libStat library, so many community tanks are wondering what's going on, and some think the project is abandoned.

    Could you publish an updated version please?
