- Added team session money gain/loss to /tec team display
- Implemented LibQTip library
- Created more of a table view, for ease of reading all the data
- tooltip is now in a separate tip window
- Removed current slot item names, since we're in a column format they were too long
- Added generic information about current slot item

Known Issue:
If you hold shift as well as ctrl, there is a tip layer problem w/ the in game equip compare tooltip.
