    - Added support for specifying the Toast's icon size in a range of 10 to 30 pixels.
    - Revert the "de-localize a non static string that was breaking the display options." commit - there was a reason this was localized; it title-cases the category, which will always be a localization phrase. Changed the localization of "Background" from _G.BACKGROUND to simply be "Background" in English and whatever the translators do for the other languages.
    - Fixed a localization issue.
    - Added /toaster command to open the config panel.

    - Since LibToast-1.0 is listed as an optional dependency, fail silently if it's not present from another addon and abort running Toaster.
    - de-localize a non static string that was breaking the display options.
